karisa and i heard lots of good things about amsterdam, but in all honesty we thought that the heineken experience was the best reason for travelling there! we mostly just walked around the beautiful canal streets and checked out some of the museums. the van gogh museum was my favorite and had some really great works. then we walked over to vondelpark and saw some gorgeous townhouses that we wouldn't mind moving into. then of course, we went to the heineken experience and it was everything we dreamed it would be and more! we got three beers and a free gift for 11 euros!!! that's the best deal in europe if you ask me. so overall, it was a very educational trip and we had a great time : )
