on a cloudy monday we decided to finally go inside the louvre to see the infamous mona lisa. that place is ginormous, but we managed to maneuver our way quickly through the tourists to see all of the art that was the most interesting to us. once we looked at some italian renaissance paintings, we followed the crowds until we found the mona lisa. after that we were walking around and we realized that there is a mall...yes, a MALL underneath the louvre where there are tons of commercial stores like sephora and virgin. that's also where we saw the two points of the pryamids connect so we were excited that we found the holy grail. haha.
