on our second night in the city, karisa and i decided to be adventurous and go out to dinner. we were scared that the waiter would hate us because we didn't speak any french so we decided to pick a restaurant right next to the louvre in a very touristy area so that we figured most people would speak english. we ate some yummy croque monsieurs and chocolate crepes.

and here's a picture of our waiter who i affectionately named monsieur snooty-pants because he was kinda rude to us and took way to big of a tip when we knew that you're not supposed to leave any tips to waiters in europe! haha, oh well.
